A compact figure-eight pull-kick training float with two broad end lobes and a narrow center channel. It can be held at the front for kick drills or positioned between the thighs for supervised pull drills.

Use and Care
Use only one training position at a time. When held, maintain a balanced two-hand grip; when placed between the thighs, keep the board clear of the knees and do not clamp it painfully. Rinse after use, air-dry fully, and store without compressing the lobes. Do not attach resistance cords, stand on, dive onto, tow, or use the float as a seat.
